Data Deletion Instructions

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data collected by Autom8.win. This page explains how to submit a request and what to expect.

1. How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, send an email to pranav@autom8.win with the subject line "Data Deletion Request", including:

• The email address or account identifier associated with your data.
• A description of the data you would like deleted (e.g., full account, specific workflows, or usage logs).

2. What Happens Next

We will:

• Verify your identity to protect against unauthorized deletion requests.
• Acknowledge receipt of your request within a reasonable time.
• Delete or anonymize the requested personal data from our active systems, typically within 30 days of verification.

3. Exceptions

We may retain certain data where required to:

• Comply with legal, tax, or regulatory obligations.
• Resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.
• Maintain security, prevent fraud, or ensure system integrity.

Such data will be retained only as long as necessary for these purposes and deleted thereafter.

4. Third-Party Services

If your data was shared with third-party service providers as part of the Service, we will instruct those providers to delete your data in accordance with their own retention and deletion policies, where applicable.

5. Confirmation

Once your deletion request has been processed, we will send a confirmation email to the address provided.
